Kari has more than 30 years of experience in managing demanding international and domestic projects. He has very strong management experience in leading both domestic and international organisations and personnel. His key area of expertise is focusing on meeting the needs of customers and finding the best possible outcome.

Background:
Kari has performed management duties in the Finnish Defence Forces in 1981–2012. During that time, he has also carried out international duties for several years. After leaving the Finnish Defence Forces, Kari has for several years performed duties in the real estate business.
