Mika has more than 20 years of experience in the financing and property business both in leasing and property transactions. Mika has a vast network of contacts including various operators in the property industry, property owners, tenants and other stakeholders.

Background:
Mika has worked in several corporate funding offices in the centre of Helsinki for more than 20 years. Property funding, for example, has played a major role in these duties. After the banking industry, Mika worked in various real estate companies in the commercial sector for more than 7 years. Mika has been involved in both leasing and selling properties. Valuation documents for properties are also part of the job description.
